GoLinks® Enterprises, Inc. ("GoSearch") uses data processors to support delivery of our Services. This page provides important information about the identity, role, and location of each Subprocessor.
When your organization or users connect third-party services to GoSearch through connectors (such as Slack, email, chat, document, and similar services), we may access content from those services as authorized by the applicable OAuth permissions and your workspace’s settings. How that content is handled depends on the connector type.
Federated connectors perform live searches against the connected service when you search or ask a question. GoSearch does not index or store the underlying content retrieved from federated connectors; that content is fetched in real time to fulfill the request. We may store OAuth tokens, connection settings, and related preferences solely to operate the connector. Some other connectors may sync and index content so it can be searched within GoSearch; in those cases, content is stored as needed to provide search and related features for your organization.
Connector content is used to provide the Services, including search and our AI assistant (GoAI). GoSearch does not use connector content to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Access is limited to your organization and to GoSearch systems providing the Services on its behalf. You or your workspace administrators can disconnect a connector to stop new access.
When your organization installs the GoSearch Slack app or a user connects Slack to GoSearch, we may access Slack data as authorized by Slack’s OAuth permissions and your workspace’s settings. Depending on the permissions granted, this may include messages from public channels, private channels, direct messages, and multi-person direct messages; channel and conversation metadata; user profile information (such as name and email); and file metadata associated with messages.
Slack is a federated connector. GoSearch does not index or store Slack message content. Conversation context is retrieved in real time so that GoSearch can search Slack and answer questions (including via GoAI and bot replies). We may store Slack OAuth tokens, installation or connection settings, and related user preferences solely to operate the connection. You or your workspace administrators can disconnect or uninstall the Slack integration to stop new access.
As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we utilize may also change. We will provide the owner of Customer's account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under contractual agreement, along with posting updates here. Please check back occasionally for updates.
